Also it is recommended that you treat your wooden shed with a sprit base wood preserver as soon as possible this will help with the longevity of the shed and make it water tight. Timber is a natural product and can shrink, expand, twist and warp as the seasons change. This is not a classed as a  fault and sheds to last will not except any liability if  this happens.

Also a good reason to paint your shed to help with the seasonal change.

If we are to install the building which is charged extra to the prices shown other than stated in the product description, then there must be provided by the customer a solid level base  either a concrete, slab or it can go on decking but the base must be of a good standard.

If we do not have this we may have to leave the building there and come back with an additional re visit charge

Should the item resell at below the market value, any shortfall will be charged to the original buyer.
